Owain Gruffudd Roberts works as a freelance composer and arranger and is based in Manchester, UK.
He writes music for television and radio and his work has been recently featured on BBC2, S4C, and Radio 4. He has also arranged music for the BBC National Orchestra of Wales and the Welsh Pops Orchestra.
As well as composing his own material he also leads his own group – the Llareggub Brass Band, a contemporary 9-piece band that fuses elements of New Orleans Jazz with Hip Hop. He writes and arranges all the music and has released five records since the band was established in 2015.
